Large polished vintage brass fronted Salter scales. The actual brass front is 27.7cm x 18.1cm across. It has some age related denting to the brass and some minor rust and wear to the non brass metal. The hand points away from the 0 however the scales are still working. The line you see on the images going down the brass face is not there, this is just something reflecting onto the brass when the image was taken.
